Lotus spa

We are booked into a suite for our first cruise on the crown in Dec. I understand that we will have free access to the lotus spa. Can anyone please tell me what is included in the use of the spa? Thanks for all of your help.

You will not have complete access to the Lotus Spa, you will have access to the Lotus Spa Thermal Suite on ships that have it. My understanding is these can be quite different from ship to ship, depending on when the ship was built or last upgraded. The thermal suite on the Crown (which is the last Princess ship we were on) had saunas, the heated loungers, and "rain showers".
