There are three of you cruising? In one cabin?

 

Do you have cruise rewards that you are using? You can only use one cruise reward per cabin.

Are you possibly talking about the use of a future cruise deposit of $250 that you purchased on a previous cruise?

 

If so you can only use one future cruise deposit of $250 for each room, you cannot use three cruise credits and apply them to one room.
