NCL website

Anybody else having issues being able to view their reservations, make a payment etc. once they log in to NCL? I booked the POA for May and haven't been able to see my reservation or make a payment. I tried calling NCL last week and was told they were having a problem and it should be fixed soon. Is anyone else experiencing this?

I haven't heard of any issues, and I've been able to log in many times in the last week to view my reservations.

I booked by Feb 2015 POA cruise 6 weeks ago and have not been able to view booking either. Same answer you got from NCL. Frustrating

I was unable to login to NCL.com until I called to determine the problem. It turned out that their system is case sensitive. When I entered Ken not ken it let me in.

 

You should be in the system almost immediately after booking.
