I doubt it, but by any chance does Valor have fountain soda rather than cans?

I know I'm grasping here since Valor doesn't even have 2.0 upgrades. But do they still give soda in cans and pour your soda over ice. I am debating bringing soda or buying the soda card but I don't want the flat soda that the card gets me.

bringing soda will save you a ton.

You can always tell them you want it from an unopened can. If they don't, just give it back to them and say you want a new one.

Edit: In before the "being wasteful" comments.

Or take it, taste it and reject it for being flat before you leave the bar.

Since Valor departs so late, you can board and go back to San Juan. There is a cvs just down from the cruise terminal so you can easily stock up on soda and bring it n board.

I was wondering about that. They don't care if you bring more on board after boarding? How about in ports? I'd just as soon skip the soda card if I have enough in my cabin. Especially considering only 1 sea day.

I was in that CVS. It's the first CVS I've ever been in that sells hard liquor!

You can bring any nonalcoholic beverage onboard for consumption at any port.
