P&O personal cruise specialist - just had a call from one

Incorrect, we were offered a Personal Cruise specialist and we are only Mediterranean tier.

We had a call from one after we came back from our cruise in July. He gave me his name and direct number to write down and said he would ring back in September, although I told him that our next cruise would not be until summer 2016.

 

Anyway, never heard any more from him. We are only Pacific, so maybe he realised he was scraping the barrel.

 

I'm not sure I would know what to do with a Personal Cruise Advisor - wouldn't know what to do with a Butler either, so maybe it's a good job I am unlikely to ever have one!

We use one, have for the past 3 cruises. She knows what we like. Any queries I have I drop her and email. Sometimes I get an out of office email drop back, but she always contacts me on her return. So I definatley think she is worth it.

 

Same for us, she knows us well, and has helped us lots with various things :)
