I am new to Celebrity and planning a cruise from Amsterdam to Stockholm in May of 2015. My question is regarding bottled water on the ship. Is there a charge for every bottle of water (non premium brands)???

Yes. Unless: a) you are in Aqua Class, b) you have a beverage package.

 

However, the water on the ship is decent and your room steward will bring you a pitcher of ice water twice a day if you ask.

You are also free to bring on as much bottled water as you wish. The water on the ship, as stated is just fine.
