Phones in cabins?

Here's a question I don't think I've ever seen on here. If I am out wandering the ship and DH is back in the room, is there a house phone I can use to call him? Like a house phone in a hotel, I guess.

There are indeed house phones all over the ship. I've used them myself. I dialed our cabin number, et voila!

Use them all the time for meet up after walk or casino visit.

Every elevator bank has one. Lido deck has them.

There great for calling back to the cabin, or other family and friends cabins to see whats taking them so long (especially when they don't arrive on time for dinner!!!).

There is one on the bar in the casino.

 

At one time you could set up your own voice-mail message on the cabin phone...not sure if you still can.

I only found out on the last day of our cruise that if you dialled any cabin number on your phone you were connected to that cabin to talk.

There are also house phones by the pools.

Every bar has a house phone.

when you pick the phone up...it will have sort of a dial tone....after you dial....the ringing is different from a regular phone, so don't hang up!! :)
