Time boarding Explorer of the Seas

Recommended Posts

I have taken many cruises and always leave my house on Long Island at 9:30 and everything always worked out fine. Today I received a letter from RCCL telling me that people on my deck should arrive at 1 o'clock. Really??? Do they go by that time? If I arrive earlier, do I have to wait until 1 o'clock to get on the ship? Do I have to call limo company and change the time?? Thanks for any help!!

I think they are suggesting different times for various decks to try and stagger the times of passengers arriving. We sailed June 19 and received a boarding number upon check-in and it wasn't according to deck.
