The Celebrity website has been totally screwed up for at least that long, as evidenced by the many threads on this issue. For whatever reason they've been unable/unwilling to fix their website. I can log in to my account but cannot see how to get to the excursions. Did you go to the Pre Cruise Planner (in Manage My Reservation) once you logged in to My Celebrity? I was having same problem then I seen a post that suggested to log into My Celebrity click on manage reservation then go to view guests, from there you can view order history or go to pre cruise planner and shore excursions for your cruise will come up. When I went to the itinerary (day by day )and clicked on Florence the description came up as Barcelona. The error continues throughout the day by day section. Obviously no one @ Celebrity CARES about its website. The co, just wants to market to a younger demographic which is really a hoot as the younger demographic would do something nasty if they got their hands on the webmaster.
