Ladderlieu29 Posted July 15, 2014 #2 Share Posted July 15, 2014 I've been plagued with the same problem in the last 10 days or so. I've cleared my cookies, history and cache with the same problem. I've tried Firefox, Internet Explorer, and Chrome. The only thing that has worked for me, and this is hit or miss too, is to enter the booking information, submit it, and when the page returns to blank information I try to "refresh" the page. Once in a while this actually works and you can get to the "manage your booking" area. I emailed Carnival last week asking for help and got no reply from them. Some folks have mentioned calling them and having them "reset" your account or something similar. Good luck... I'm frustrated as heck by them!
