FunandSunPeeps Posted July 16, 2014 #1 Share Posted July 16, 2014 Okay...going to Nassau again with family and friends this time. We had the opportunity to visit The Dig 4 years ago and it was great! My question is...has anyone been there recently? Is it still a great visit for a short stop in Nassau??
Life is Good Cruising Posted July 17, 2014 #2 Share Posted July 17, 2014 We took the tour through the ship last year with some family members. We all enjoyed our day at the Dig and the family wanted to also see the Atlantis Resort. After the Dig, we were able to walk around outside in only some of the areas in the resort. I would recommend it to others, especially if they have kids, don't believe much has changed in 4 years there. You can probably do this on your own for less $. Merion_Mom Posted July 17, 2014 #3 Share Posted July 17, 2014 I LOVED the Dig. I have done it twice. Loved it even more the second time. :)

rummenroman Posted July 17, 2014 #5 Share Posted July 17, 2014 What Is The Dig? Where Is the Dig? How Much Does It cost? Inquiring Minds Want to Know... The Dig is the name of the very elaborate aquarium system on the Atlantis resort in Nassau, Bahamas. Entry is by tickets only. You can either do it on your own (approx $40 a person) or as a Royal excursion. I have been there once, and if the opportunity rose again I would go again. FunandSunPeeps Posted July 29, 2014 Author #6 Share Posted July 29, 2014 Thanks for the feedback...will probably do it on our own this time to save a few bucks, avoid the lines and just take our time to enjoy the predator lagoon and the undersea ruins of the dig!
