Thomson Dream plug sockets

Hi folks, i know this has probably been asked a few times before, but what plug sockets are there on thomson dream cabins. We live in spain , Majorca actually , so just a 40 min car drive to get on the boat, shame i have to work until 4pm on the day of sailing first.

We use the european round 2 pin plugs here, not the lovely 3 pin plugs (separate fuse) ones i pine for from back home.....lol

The default is the North American flat pin plugs, with one UK 3-pin in our outside plus cabins.

Sorry, we haven't been on Dream, can only answer for Celebration and Spirit..........presuming these sisters ships are rigged the same.

 

They have 220v Euro sockets and 110v low voltage - never had to use the latter.

 

The ones on Spirit have the earth pin at the 6 o'clock position - which caused us a problem, our double adaptor had to be fitted "upside down" relative to its normal aspect.

 

This wasn't an issue with standard UK 3 pin plugs - but it prevented me attaching a power pack for travel speakers due to the very short vertical drop from the socket to the dressing table surface.

 

Fortunately I soon found an alternative adaptor with the "south" earth pin configuration.

 

It had never crossed my mind that there could be two possible variants.
