Hey folks, I booked a MX guarantee for the 8/30 sailing.

 

This is the wording for the MX category on NCL's site:

 

Mini-Suite with Balcony Enjoy a private balcony with amazing views from these Mini-Suites which feature a king-size bed, an upper bed, and a sofa bed.

 

Accommodates: 3-4

 

Approx. Size: 310 sq. ft.

 

I was just assigned my cabin, which is MB category, and only 239 sq ft.

 

Do I have a beef or not?

You were given a category above the one you paid for. You do not have a beef.

Even if the description for the guaranty says 30 sq ft and this cabin is smaller?

Since two of the three cabins we booked on the Breakaway are guarantees, your question was important to me so I went to ncl.com to see precisely what the wording is. It says, "Guarantees ensure your stateroom category or BETTER for the lowest fare." NCL gave you a better category so they followed the rules.

 

I booked the last available BX cabin to get the super large balcony. Our other two cabins are BX guarantees and we understand that the cabin sizes might be smaller than my cabin.
