Carnival legend_currency onboard

Hi,

 

Can anyone confirm the onboard currency on Carnival Legend while its cruising in Australia.I am sure I read its using AUD but I am considering doing its repositioning cruise back to Hawaii in April 2015 and was wondering if it would revert back to USD on that cruise.

Maiden voyage from Hawaii to Australia $US....then Aussie $ from then on.

 

Australia to Hawaii and return will be Aussie $ too.

 

Also no Gratuities.
