error code online check in!

Hello im trying to complete my online checkin for my cruise this Saturday and for the past 3 days im getting an error code 5226 incomplete address information. I don't understand why?? I have my complete address on my account and I booked threw carnival website. Please helpp!! Btw I tried on internet Explorer and firefox.

Do you have more than one person you are trying to online check in? Did you check to see that the address is correct for all persons?
