suzyed Posted August 15, 2014 Author #26 Share Posted August 15, 2014 The website lists a debark tour to Long Beach... http://www.princess.com/excursion/exDetails.do?t=L&exType=S&tourCode=LAX-965 If you have a cruise booked, you should be able to see the available tours in your Personalizer... Edit: I have a cruise booked on Crown Princess in December to the Mexican Riviera and I just looked at the available excursions and none are listed for Los Angeles... not even that debark tour. Maybe it will be added later... Good Luck! Our cruise is in October and it is still not listed on our personalizer. We ended up booking a post-cruise tour with Sun Seekers tours....they will drop us off at LAX after the tour.
suzyed Posted August 15, 2014 Author #27 Share Posted August 15, 2014 I just noticed that the excursion reservation page of our October cruise is showing an option for a debark excursion that can be reserved in advance. It is nice that Princess has decided to now make this option available for reservation before the cruise. It is not on our October cruise site. caribill Posted August 15, 2014 #28 Share Posted August 15, 2014 Our cruise is in October and it is still not listed on our personalizer. Disembarkation day tours are usually not sold in advance of the cruise and thus only offered once you are on the cruise.
figgy1978 Posted August 15, 2014 #29 Share Posted August 15, 2014 We took the Princess tour last November. We were able to prebook it in the personaliser. We got a coach to the aquarium where you were left. We took the free bus to the Queen Mary, did the tour, bus back then lunch near the aquarium before meeting back at the bus. One thing to note is that it took a while to get everyone off the ship and we had to wait for everyone before we could leave. This meant we left a lot later and didn't have as much time to spend in Longbeach. The guide did arrange for us to stay a bit later but had to make sure everyone got their flight.
