Brenda62 Posted August 7, 2014 #1 Share Posted August 7, 2014 I logged in to Carnival, but when I try to access my booking it keeps asking me to log in, even though I AM logged in. Anyone else having a problem?
bury me at sea Posted August 7, 2014 #2 Share Posted August 7, 2014 I accessed booking early this am. Just tried it again and it is working fine.
ShakyBeef Posted August 7, 2014 #3 Share Posted August 7, 2014 I've had a similar issue lately. I log in, then it still shows a prompt to log in. But if I ignore that and just click on the "Manage" tab after logging in, I can access my booking. Does the "Manage" tab work for you?
Brenda62 Posted August 7, 2014 Author #4 Share Posted August 7, 2014 No, that has not worked as yet. Going to keep trying. Will try to call tech support tomorrow.

SharkCruiser24 Posted August 7, 2014 #6 Share Posted August 7, 2014 (edited) I have heard this is happening a lot lately, but here's a short cut I found and used: 1. click the Manage tab 2. Scroll to the bottom of the page 3. Under Already booked choose Organizer Access 4. Fill in the info,it asked for the booking number, ship and sail date. All my info popped up, but it looks different than it did last year. I like it, more modern! I hope this helped! angela12345 Posted August 7, 2014 #7 Share Posted August 7, 2014 (edited) I was having the same problem. I ended up saving a link to my booking in my favorites so I can click the link once I am logged in. You will need to know your booking number. https://secure.carnival.com/BookedGuest/Booking/Detail/________ In the blank line above, enter your booking number in all caps. For example ... https://secure.carnival.com/BookedGuest/Booking/Detail/2D8FN4 Edit: ok, that doesn't show the whole link. So I am going to try to enter it without including the https:// part at the beginning and see if you can see the whole address. You will need to enter https:// to the beginning and put your booking number in all caps at the end instead of the blank line . . . secure.carnival.com/BookedGuest/Booking/Detail/________ .
