Carnival Breeze ship's time?

We will be on the Breeze in early Dec. and one of our stops is in St. Martin on Dec.10th. We have a private excursion booked and was wondering if the local time will be the same as ship's

I believe it will be an hour different as they do not observe Daylight Savings Time. There's a website where you can doublecheck. We will be there on December 30th and they will be an hour ahead. Our confirmation indicated a 8:30 meet time when the Glory doesn't arrive until 9 ship time.
