Is it possible to verify the amount of your OBC before boarding?

For previous cruises, our onboard credit has shown up in our pre-cruise documents. The docs arrived yesterday and there is no mention of OBC (we were expecting two). Has this changed? Is there any way to verify OBC's online?

Your TA should be able to check with Seabourn. Alternatively email seabournclub@seabourn.com and they will let you know.

In the first place this should show up in your final statement from your TA when you make your final payment. Then when you receive your final cruise booklet shortly before your cruise the information will be noted on a separate page ( usually page 21). This is the small booklet with your luggage tags and ticket not the larger book you get earlier with tour information. And finally when you enter your suite their will be a card on the coffee table noting your on board credit.

I rang Seabourn to enquire about mine and they said that it was on my booking, but again not on any documentation that I received.

The credit did not appear in our final cruise booklet, and a call to Seabourn revealed that the credits are MIA. We now know that follow-up is needed on our part. Thanks for the advice!
