Snorkeling in Nassau

We are interested in a snorkeling excursion but would like to avoid the ship sponsered excursions as I've read posts of how crowded they are. In a guide book I found some recomended company's and wondered if anyone has used them. They are Barefoot Sailng Cruises and Stuart's Cove. They said they offered transportation from hotels so I wondered if they also pick up at the pier?:)

Stuart Cove picks up right across the street from the customs building. I used them and had a good time.

I was just curious if you did Stuart Cove in the morning or afternoon. We are to get into Nassau at 7 and didn't know if there would be enough time for them to pick us up or if we would have to do the afternoon tour.

Thanks.
