Diembarkation and Time to Airport

Just booked a round trip New Orleans. Now on to working on airfare. How much time to allow to get off the boat and travel to airport? Don't want to book a flight out to early. According to the itineary disembarkation begins at 9am.

A flight after 12 noon should be fine. I certainly wouldn't book any earlier.

I'd give myself until 2:00pm if I was doing the logistics but anytime after noon will work. Of course if I was traveling I would use UBER Black and pay one fee flat to get wisked away to the airport by visiting http://www.uber.com (Code: allanh47 for discounts)

 

Besides that helpful hint I would also arrive a day early pre-cruise stay overnight at either the Hilton Riverside or the Homewood Suites (just saw their advertisement on Cruise Critic!)
