Scooter Rental?

First off - I know the potential dangers of renting scooters. We only want to rent one for one day to explore. My husband has driven these many times and is an Irish citizen, so he is used to driving on the other side of the road!

 

o.k. - that being said - where is the best/less expensive place to rent a scooter? We are going to be docked in St. george on the NCL Majesty. I saw a post about Oleanders. is that the best place? Was about $50 a day?

I was in St George 2 weeks ago and rented a scooter for 7 days. We rented ours from Oleander and found them to be very pleasant to deal with. I think the daily rate is $55

Will be going there for our 9th time--I've rented from both Wheels & Orlanders. I like Wheels the best, because when your on the cruise ship, they are the only one that still pick up your scooter the last night in Hamilton, and they are waiting for you when you get to St. george. Orlanders doesn't do that anymore. If your just doing it for a day--take the one with the cheapest price (both should be very close in price) Both are good. Ron
