NCL Breakaway vs. Gem or Dawn

My wife and I are interested in cruising the Breakaway. How is it compared to the Dawn or Gem? Do they have the 24 hour blue lagoon dining room like the others? Anything new on NCL in the past two years? Do they still have anytime dining? Thanks in advance!
