I've read that even during a Bon Voyage Experience it's possible to purchase FCC's so it should be available on your 1 night cruise also.

I guess if you want to prefill a form out ready to hand in it might be good but just saying it's available should be sufficient.

Technically only 4 more but who's counting. :p ;) We are making it a weekend in Seattle before sailing home and having not experienced one of these transportation cruises between these two cities before, I'm very interested to see if I am going to like it it or not.
