GigglewolfOfTheSeas Posted August 12, 2005 #1 Share Posted August 12, 2005 Have traveled on RCI's newer vessels (Navigator/Jewel) and am familiar with their steam/sauna facilities (in men's locker room). However, curious to know what they're like on the Vision-class ships, particularly Enchantment, since I'll be sailing her later this year (Grandeur, Rhapsody or Vision are her Vision-class "sisters). Anybody familiar with the steam/sauna facilities on these ships specifically and can share what they're like?
mariemorgan Posted January 6, 2006 #2 Share Posted January 6, 2006 I was on the Rhapsody and used the steam room and sauna. I liked both of them, they are nice facitilities that hardly anyone knew about, they were also empty so I had the place to myself. It was great. maurick Posted January 21, 2006 #3 Share Posted January 21, 2006 What is the difference between steam room and sauna?
hobbycruiser Posted January 23, 2006 #4 Share Posted January 23, 2006 Hi, I can't help you wut those ships but I love the saunas and steam rooms. Are you familiar with the saunas on the Brilliance of the Seas -Royal Carib? And what about the Oceania Insignia? I will be on these ships in a few weeks. The S & S 's are a great place to relax and meet other cruisers. The Sauna on the Infinity and Constellation have a large window and can hold a group of men comfortably. On the Mercury, you have to squeeze together and maybe there is a 25 watt bulb. The nice thing is they are open till 11pm and there are hardly any people using it. So it is quite comfortable. Let me know your feelings about other ships and those above. Fred
