Breeze Spa Balacony

Hi Can anyone tell me their expereince with Spa balconies are the breeze? I am currently booked in room 11218 but I am wondering if there is any difference between the spa balconies on floor 11 and 12? Would the 12th floor be better? Or would those be less private?

deck 12 spa balconies aren't covered from what I understand.

I was a little concerned about not having a roof but our children were happy because they could get more sun. I would have been disappointed if it had rained but it worked out great for us--no rain and not too hot. Deck 12 also has all the spa rooms. Some rooms on deck 12 were below the serenity and may have been less private but there was no way anyone could look down on our balcony.
