nan717 Posted August 19, 2014 #1 Share Posted August 19, 2014 (edited) We were on the Allure and we had to miss our stop in the Bahamas due to Bertha, a hurricane. Are we entitled to a rebate on our port fee for the missed port? If so, how much would the rebate be? How would we ask for the rebate from the cruise line. Thanks for your help. Life is Good Cruising Posted August 19, 2014 #3 Share Posted August 19, 2014 Do you still have a copy of your final bill? The port fees would show up as a credit on your bill.

I&J Cruisers Posted August 20, 2014 #6 Share Posted August 20, 2014 We were on that sailing. The port charges were added to our account as on board credit. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
