Need some experienced Royal Cruisers help please!

Does anyone know where or who I would contact to "compliment" a crew member from our recent cruise. I waited for my survey so I could let them know but it never came and then I wrote and told them and they sent me one but it was only like a three question survey and it didn't get into specifics. I really want to let them know of a couple crew member that went above and beyond. Thanks..
