bunkrest Posted August 21, 2014 #1 Share Posted August 21, 2014 I'm trying to book on line direct with Cunard,I get as far as entering my Cunard world club number but my numbers and letters has to many digits for it to accept,my number and letters are 10 digits long but it will only accept 8... Then it keeps highlighting the space for the number before I can proceed I've tried omitting the CU and RR before the numbers to make it fit but then it just shows Input error...HELP Sent from my iPad using Forums
balf Posted August 21, 2014 #2 Share Posted August 21, 2014 WC numbers are 8 digits long (numbers and letters) if you have 10 I don't think it can be correct. Ring Cunard. David
Ray66 Posted August 21, 2014 #3 Share Posted August 21, 2014 Our world club numbers are two letters-five numbers-one letter (eight altogether). Try leaving out the CU but leave in the RR.

Yes you are correct. Enter the last 8 digits seems to work. Cunard confusion again I'm afraid. David.
