Dream's "The Gathering" vs. Breeze's "Cucina Del Capitano" question

We love to play games in the Dream's "The Gathering" pasta bar area in the evenings, and was wondering if even though on the Breeze this area is converted into a paid dinner area, is the seating area available to hang out in during post-dinner hours? Any information is much appreciated!

While I cannot say DEFINITIVELY, I am going to say NO. The Dream does not have Cucina Del Capitano, and the Breeze does.

Since they are open for dinner, until late, I cannot see this being a "free" space for "hanging out".

There are plenty of other areas on the Breeze to do that.
