Family Suites on the Crown

Has anybody booked this suite on the Crown? If you have, I'd like to hear (read) what your experiences were; good, bad or indifferent.

We have sailed twice in the Family Suite with 5 people.

I would not have more then that it would be too crowded.

(Holds up to 8)

Its nice and all the suite perks.

The biggest issue would be the balcony is unuseable when the ship is at sea.

Its fully exposed forward, no protection at all from the wind.
