Any info on the 15 day Land Cruise tour on Epic?

Looking at this tour.

Land portion starts in Venice then to Florence and Rome.

Cruise starts in Rome.

 

Does Norwegian run the Land portion?

Any idea on quality of hotels?

Any info on Land/Cruise tours through Norwegian appreciated!!

 

Also any children on Land portion of trip?
