Anything Gluten Free at the Rotisserie??

We'll be on the Splendor next February and it's our first time with the Rotisserie. We've loved the Fish and Chips and Pasta Bar in that location on other ships. Our daughter has Celiac....what can she eat at the Rotisserie?
