Reservations At Azura & Tsar's

I read somewhere where Norwegian was now letting you make reservations at the free dining rooms now. I was wondering if you chose this option, will you have the same table and the same servers every night. Maybe someone who recently sailed on a Norwegian Cruise can answer my question. Four of our group has done their anytime dining, but for the other four this is their first cruise with Norwegian. They liked having the same personnel every night on our past 7 day cruises together, and this will be a 16 day cruise thru the Panama Canal.
