The tours you have planned for Chile and Ushuia will be loaded with photo ops. The penguin area is so interesting and the penguins make for great photos. Same for Ushuia, very lovely and lots of chances for unique photos.

As for Buenos Aires, not much in terms of scenery unless you get out of the city and see an estancia. But if you're only in the city, there are photos to be had of the architecture such as Casada Rosada. Recoleta Cemetery is fascinating as many of the crypts are built as small versions of the homes that these people lived in. Some are amazing in their design, and don't forget that Eva Peron is buried there, under the name of Familia Duarte.

To be honest, Montevideo is pretty boring---just a regular city. I mean, it's nice, but not totally special in the way Rio is special.

Volunteer Point is fantastic. Make sure to book your excursion as soon as you can. Both private companies and the ships' excursions sell out.

Ricoleta cemetary and Magdalena Island are excellent too. I was underwhelmed with Tierra del Fuego as the scenery was very similar to Ontario cottage country. I kind of wish that I'd not done an excursion and just wandered around the port. The best scenery was at the dock.
