Holly B, I'm back

Recommended Posts

Hi everyone. I'm back from Mariner of the Seas and it's taken me all week to recover from the jet lag and the lack of cocktails. We'd an absolutely fantastic time and met some wonderful people who helped celebrate my 50th birthday and our 32nd wedding anniversary. (If I'd committed murder I'd be out of prison by now LOL)
My fingernail which if you remember was caught in my sick dog's jaws covered up nicely with a few coats of nail polish and after a few cocktails I didn't care anyway!
You can have a look at my photos if you like. Very much a beginner but worth a look.

Hi Holly,
My brother was in Dumfries today visiting friends and my husband travels there regularly. One day I'll come and visit because I adore smoked salmon. Scrambled eggs and smoked salmon..heaven. My friend has won an incentive at work and goes to Gleneagles next weekend on a freebie so I'll tell her to make sure and sample the smoked salmon.
Had a surprise party from my family and friends last night. This 50th birthday has been the best ever, it's lasted 2 weeks! Need to diet now for my next cruise.
Bye

Tell your friend she will only get our "Marrbury" at Gleneagles in ther Strathearn at night or in Andrew Fairlies, our name is on the menu when its ours. They use a cheaper smoked salmon elsewhere! Ours is only available for the fine dining. (pity they sell more cheap stuff!)Gleneagles is fab though, I love it!
We had a couple in from Milngavie yesterday!
Oh and we are nowhere near Dumfries! We are on the south west side, below Girvan and Ayrshire. Its amazing how many think we are near Dumfries but we are closer to Ayr!BIG region D&G!
Have a great easter week, have you got your next cruise booked?

I'll tell my friend. Next cruise is September on the Carnival Triumph. First time we've not been on RCCL but there's 12 of us going and we had to go with the decision.
Gotta go, I'm due at work. Need to pay for the cruise somehow!

Your photo album is great! Looks like you had a great time. Isn't it hard to return to reality?
