connes1 Posted September 12, 2014 #1 Share Posted September 12, 2014 I have not received my cruise documents in the mail yet. They were supposedly shipped out on the Saturday before Labor day. If I don't receive them will it cause a problem boarding the ship for our cruise? We only have email confirmation (no luggage tags ext.).

They may have gone there, if you did. You don't really need them. As long as you printed off the signature page from your online checkin, that's all you need. If you need luggage tags for your checked bags, you can pick them up at the port.
connes1 Posted September 12, 2014 Author #3 Share Posted September 12, 2014 Thanks for the info. We booked directly through Disney no travel agent. Do we get the tags curbside at the port from the guys who take the luggage?

LissyTx Posted September 12, 2014 #5 Share Posted September 12, 2014 We've even waiting a similar amount of time too. Seems a long time in the mail unless when they say they're shipping they really aren't. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
connes1 Posted September 12, 2014 Author #6 Share Posted September 12, 2014 Could be there date is wrong. The other possibility is the mail service is super slow.
mdvlprof Posted September 12, 2014 #7 Share Posted September 12, 2014 (edited) Or. Person #1 prints, Person #2 puts in envelope, Person #3 puts in mailroom, Person #4 mails, etc.... And the date for 'mailing' is date #1. [used to work in a big state-govt office. That's how things were often done.] Edited September 12, 2014 by mdvlprof
