'Pullman' beds on Regal/Royal mini-suites.

Miy mini-suite on the Lido deck of the Regal lists it as having a 'pullman' bed. Does anyone know if these are the old school fold down beds mounted to the wall - or if they pull down from the ceiling. The wall mounted ones eat up so much space and I hope that is not the case. Any info would be appreciated.
