Blue / Gold Captains Circle?

I am trying to book our second Princess cruise online and am now filling out our personal information, for some reason the Princess web site shows my status as Gold and my wife as Blue, it also did not remember her information from our last Princess cruise. Is this normal and how do I get her information corrected, I did not see any place to enter a past guest number for her, etc.

You will need to call Princess. It shouldn't be a problem for them to fix the error.
