Buying internet package before sailing?

Does Royal Caribbean allow you to buy an internet package before sailing and do they offer bonus minutes if you do?

 

I'm used to sailing on Princess, where they give you bonus minutes for buying before getting onboard.

I've not seen the ability to buy internet pre-cruise on Royal.

The answer is "no". Since your reason for asking is to get extra free minutes a la Princess, the answer is REALLY REALLY REALLY no. ;) :D

 

You can always buy yourself OBC and USE it for an internet package, but that won't save you any money or give you any free minutes.;
