help dress me for dinner!

Okay, I'm stuck. I haven't been on a cruise in about 8 years, and I just seem to have forgotten what is acceptable attire for dinner (not formal nights, as I think I know what is called for then).

 

Capris, blouses, skirts, but what else? Obviously no shorts, right?

 

Help me pack!!
