Yes, but not souvenir cups. You may have to go to a bar for drinks.

We had the Ultimate package on our last cruise. Labadoozies on Labadee were $3.75 for us with the specialty plastic cup and straw. We knew they were part of our package while we were there, but forgot about the price of the cup until we signed. Oh well! Guess we could have gotten up and ordered at the bar, but we were pretty comfy where we were. :)
