Anytime dining and special cakes

Curious how this works.

 

We are scheduled for Any Time Dining on our upcoming cruise. I ordered a special birthday cake to be delivered to our table during elegant night to celebrate my daughters birthday.

 

How will they know we ordered this and be able to deliver it? I want it to be a surprise so I don't want to have to remind them or anything.

I was wondering the samething, as I did this for my husbands bday.

When you check in for dinner each night, they put you in the computer system. They know where you're sitting.

We let them know the night before that we wanted it delivered the next night. That way they had it ready.

You do check in each night and will likely get the same waiter for more than one night. You can ask when you check in and or ask your waiter and they will bring it.
