Does anyone know if El Cid Morro Hotel in Mazatlan:

 

1. Sells a day pass to cruise ship passengers

2. What this cost is (ballpark), and

3. If it's easy to find in the Golden Zone

Why don't you Google the hotel and see what pops up? you could also just contact them and ask about day passes.

El Cid is great; they have a swim-up bar. The cost not too sure, haven't been there for awhile, ships are starting to go now. You are just a close distance to the Golden Zone.
