Early Saver Question

I am currently booked on a Dream cruise in March 2015 in an aft extended balcony. Was thinking about changing to a suite. Would I be charged $50 each person to change? Also, have a balcony and inside cabins booked by family, all early saver, that would want to at least move to the same floor as suite, would they be charged to move to same type chin on different floor?

With ES, you can move up in cabin category, just not down. No charge aside from the difference in price to change cabins.
