Private Shuttle Service - Puerto Rico Shuttle Van Services & Tours

I am aware that many cruisers prefer to take taxis to/from airport to hotel and to/from hotel to cruise port. My hubby and I may be traveling with about 4-6 additional people, and if so, we want a private shuttle. Does anyone have experience with Puerto Rico Shuttle Van Services & Tours? If not them, then ANY shuttle service that you have worked with in San Juan. What was your experience? We'll be sailing in May 2015, and will spend 2 days in SJ pre-cruise. Thanks!
