Lesley52 Posted October 3, 2014 #1 Share Posted October 3, 2014 Hi all, I'm a newbie to P&O. Can anyone tell me if there is a drying line over the bath for swimming attire? If not, how do you dry them, balcony?

If not, how do you dry them, balcony? There is a little line in the shower to hang a few bits, and we take a small line to hang from one chair to the other to dry a few more bits

WINDSONG2 Posted October 7, 2014 #4 Share Posted October 7, 2014 Hi all, I'm a newbie to P&O. Can anyone tell me if there is a drying line over the bath for swimming attire? If not, how do you dry them, balcony? Hi, we always take a small travel line with us; they are under £5. Its a twisted cord which eliminates the need for pegs, just push the washing between the cords; on the ends it has the choice of suction cups or hooks. DH usually takes any washing we have to the laundrette (early morning before the rush). We use the line for swimwear and attach one suction cup to the balcony door and one hook to a chair. If weather not good, use 2 suction cups, on opposite walls of bathroom. Hope this helps. Windsong2

Rare Cloudyrain Posted October 7, 2014 #6 Share Posted October 7, 2014 The one in the shower has always been sufficient for us to dry Mr Cs shorts, my bikini and dress (I use as a cover-up when getting out the pool.) We then just put the beach towels on the back of the chairs on the balcony (though you can swap them if you want fresh ones, but for what use they get we tend to dry them and reuse) and if Mr C has a t-shirt that he has managed to drop on the floor near the hot tub (every. single. time) then we just drape it on a chair if the footstool. tartanexile81 Posted October 14, 2014 #9 Share Posted October 14, 2014 Ive not seen those but I will go look for one. Thank you. We got one of them from that famous online auction and they were called camping washing lines. They're great across the balcony! (not near the edge!!)
