Anticipatory emails from Norwegian

Has anybody here ever looked at those emails and realized "oh man, I DID forget X, Y, or Z". In this case, it reminded me about an excursion I forgot about ;). DW and I pre-pay for everything (UDP, gratuities, excursions if we do them) so from time to time we forget about an excursion.
