Balcony cabin getaway

Hi all

Never been in ncl and looking at the getaway, we like the freestyle idea and all the entertainment options, but I'm getting all cabin confused!

We are after a balcony but worried about the boardwalk outside venues with noise and smoke, any suggestions on cabins/deck would be much appreciated!

It's a big ship with many decks. The Boardwalk is on deck 8. We had a balcony up on deck 12 and were near nothing...except other cabins. Look at the deck plans, what's on each deck, and choose accordingly....what you want to be near and what you don't.

I would totally agree with Roger001.......and we were also on Deck 12 and had NO issues whatsoever with noise. Enjoy the lovely Getaway! :)

Anyone in a cabin on 9 above the bar/smoking area on the getaway. I was "upgraded" and now I'm wondering how good of an upgrade that was. NCL says they have not had any complaints.
