I think we will go by train from Genoa to Savano. Are you sailing on the 9th Oct. I live in Canada but I'm also an Ozzie, would be great if we were travelling the same time, at least we speak the same language..:D

Is this the best way to get to Savona. We sail from there in Nov.

I don't know if it's the best way but after reading these messages it seems to be the most popular. The taxi's are expensive in Italy, the train ride is about 45 minutes, then we shall get a taxi for about 15 Euro to the ship. Any ideas on excursions, I am still having difficulty in deciding??
